Judging 

Roz has extensive experience Judging a wide variety of horse shows - EC Primary level Dressage, Hunter, Equitation, and Dressage for Horse Trials as well as schooling shows including Western, games, English Hack classes, 4-H, Pony Club and Exhibitions. If time permits during a competition, Roz tries to take a moment to give competitors helpful instruction.

Consulting

Roz has often been hired as a Consultant to assist with the design and construction of small and large horse facilities - adding an element of understanding for the needs of the horse from a physical and behavioral perspective as well as an efficiency of operations from the human management point of view. Consultation work has also included establishment of a viable Business Plan for commercial facilities offering boarding, lessons, clinics and competitions. All consulting work is confidential.

Workshops

Roz has helped organizations with Special Events Planning and Management of projects such as horse shows, fundraisng activities, facilitating organizational planning and individual / team building workshops. Either a two hour evening crash course or a full weekend of high power results can get the most stagnant group up and running with enthusiasm!

Public Speaking

Recently, Roz has been adding the enjoyable task of Public Speaker to her repertoire. Providing a fun and motivational talk to small and large groups. A little bit of horse industry antic dotes, many quirky observations and life empowering lessons!
